I was very honoured to be invited by the Poh Chang Academy of Arts and Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, Bangkok, to participate in The 15th International Visual Arts Workshop & Exhibition in Thailand.

This short-form residency was an excellent platform for cultural and knowledge exchange between artists from 17 different countries. I had a fantastic time connecting with wonderful artists from all over the world, all making and playing together! Big thanks to the crew at RMUTT, Pohchang Academy of Arts and Pimpisa Tinpalit for their hard work. It has been a wonderful experience for me, and it is only because of their passion and generosity that has made it all possible.

Work in progress at Poh Chang Academy of Arts. The seeds inside the sculpture are from the tree Calophyllum inophyllum, commonly known as laurelwood or beach touriga. This species has been specially selected for this workshop because the plant is native to both Taiwan and Thailand.
